The shortest amount of time you can pay for is 4 hours at $15 There was a $2 service charge to pay online and paying online was the only option. The pavement is torn up. The only redeeming quality was being right next door to where we were eating.

Easy in easy out lot. Cost 6USD to park there.
Sucks doesn't tell u where to pay at all and the attendant doesn't speak English
