I recently hired Borquez Demolition Inc. to help with my kitchen renovation project for our rental property in San Ramon California. I also needed help with removing some concrete from a previous job. They made the experience so pleasant and easy to work with. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I worked with Borquez Demolition in 2022 for our major remodel of our house. We wanted to first "deconstruct" materials and fixtures of value to donate and reuse, before standard "demolition". Ezequiel worked closely with The ReUse People, who also coordinated with me for the appraisal for tax deduction, and it all worked out perfectly. Ezequiel's team was thorough and professional, and coordinated seamlessly with our general contractor. I was thrilled to keep re-usable items out of the landfill via the deconstruction process.
