I’m in the construction industry myself and have seen a lot of roofing work around Western New York. While I haven’t personally hired this company for a project, I’ve seen several of their jobs and the quality of their workmanship really stands out. Clean installs, professional crews, and they take pride in doing things the right way. It’s always good to see contractors who care about their reputation and treat customers fairly. If you’re looking for a reliable roofing company, they’re definitely worth considering.

We obtained several quotes for our roof replacement. I was impressed by the detail and information that was included in Bors Pros quote. It was a step-by-step visual guide and helped easily understand the process. We have a low slope roof that was incorrectly shingled, and while all the quotes recommended a different system, only Bors Pros included the cost of full replacement of the roof underneath. Other quotes had this as an add on. I had lots of questions and Jake was very accommodating and patient. Once the team arrived they worked quickly and efficiently. We were looking to have our 70 year old shingle siding replaced, along with some gutters and other things. Bors Pros was prompt and professional. It's rare today to deal with a company that will advise you against spending money you don't need to spend, but those are the companies I return to and recommend to others. The finished product is beautiful, and every member of the staff that I dealt with was fantastic. If I need any work done in the future, Bors Pros will be at the top of the list.

My partner Alex and I used Bors Pro’s roofing company a couple weeks ago. Our first initial consult was with Jake, he was lovely. Spent an hour explaining everything and making sure we understood the information. Pete and his crew then came and completed everything in 2 days! Afterwards, Pete then made sure everything was done properly and we have great results. Everything was also reasonably priced compared to other companies we got estimates from.

The crew from Bors Pros arrived on time on the day arranged and quickly began on two projects; one was a complete tear-off and new roof replacement on my garage and the other was on a back section of my house to replace the roof, remove an old skylight with a new one and install gutters where none had ever existed. They did a fantastic job and everything looks great! As promised, the work was completed in one day. Everything was meticulously done and the crew made sure all was cleaned up.
