I can't rave enough about their excellent customer service. From Barbara to the service technicians they all went well beyond my expectations. I was having a problem with my warranty company covering the repairs and Barbara stepped in providing all information needed to overturn their initial denial. Having been in Cape Coral for seven years this is by far my best experience with AC repair. No up charges, no sales pitches. Just excellent service. Bravo. Thank you

Great dealing with Herb, the owner, he is very accommodating and does his best to provide timely service when you call. My AC shut down inside temp was 87. They came the next day and determined I need a New AC System. The were back in 2 days to install the System. Samm was head Tech. And then we were up and running. Great Service. Fair Price. Quality Product and a very knowledgeable installation Team. I highly recommend Bosch AC Co.

We have a parts warranty on our 8 year old unit, as well as a third party warranty from Choice Home Warranty. Our unit went down 3/4- (still not fixed) Was told the part needed (condenser coil) and it was unavailable and we would have to pay $499 for the shipping of the warranty part out of Alabama- we found the part locally in Fort Myers with our warranty company assistance -zero communication from company. We do not recommend this company if you have a unit under warranty. If I could give a zero star I would.

My 71 year old mother had no A/C after the power cam back on after hurricane Ian. I live in Idaho and called several a/c companies in Port Charlotte and they all said they were swamped and couldn’t get out to my mom for at least a week. Bosch was busy also but came out THE NEXT DAY and got it running better than ever. Thank you Bosch for taking care of my mom and you have my business for any and all future issue!!!!
