Commercial roll up door repair call: First visit was because I had something on the roof of my car. It caught the bottom of the roll up door and I couldn't close the door. It was 4:40 PM I was going to have to sleep there overnight, parked in front to stop people from coming into the shop. I mentioned that to their dispatcher. He had Scott out there within half an hour. INCREDIBLE service, incredible job. GREAT price!!! Second time. One of the wires that connects to the sensors had too much extra wire when someone else installed it. It got wrapped up in the gear and ripped off in 3 places. Two technicians came to replace a broken torsion spring. Both techs were great young men! Great manners, super professional. Charged me $50 less than quote over the phone after they visually inspected the parts that needed to be changed out! $1,300 less than Garage Door ASAP company’s estimate.
