Boss Systems Carpet Cleaning

I worked as a carpet cleaner during college and feel like I know my stuff. I know what good quality means when it comes to cleaning carpet. The guy that came out to clean was right on time and friendly and knew his stuff. We had a rug cleaned as well as 3 bedrooms and some stairs. The rug had 10 years of dirt on it. He thoroughly cleaned everything. The carpet look almost new. (10 year old carpet). The rug was incredible. So happy with it. The price was decent - about average, but the service was far above average. The technician, Chase, has my trust and we will use Boss every time. Connor was the technician who came to our home to clean some upholstered chairs, as well as some carpeting and, stairs. He did a great job. And everything dried within the six hours that he said it would. I always use this group and I'm very pleased with their service.

Boss cleaned our new carpet because our senior dog started having accidents. There was one area that their pet treatment wasn’t quite enough so they came back out and worked on that area for an hour at no extra charge. Clem was professional and did a fantastic job. My hall no longer smells. I would highly recommend them!

We contacted Boss about restoration, and have been honestly astonished at what a great experience we had with them, given the nature of the disaster that connected us (ha!). Boss provided exceptional thorough service in order to mitigate any possibility of mold brewing in our home due to the water damage, but at the same time, they really tried to be as non-invasive as possible, too. I think they balanced this tightrope perfectly. We found them to be prompt, communicative, flexible with my schedule, and patient waiting for payment when the invoice got buried in my notifications.
