Bosso Smart Lighting

Bosso did a great job with our permanent outdoor lighting! No more ladder climbing to have beautiful accent and holiday lights. They turned out even better than we expected. Our installer Noah was very professional and did great work. His suggestions during the installation helped the project final appearance be more cohesive.

We had permanent holiday lights installed by Bosso in October 2025 and have been very happy with both the product and the installation. I referred my father-in-law through Bosso’s $200 referral program after he decided to purchase lights as well. Unfortunately, the referral payment ended up taking much longer than expected and required several follow-ups on my end. What really stood out through the entire process was Amelia, Bosso’s Operations Manager. Every time I reached out, she responded quickly, professionally, and with genuine patience. Even when my frustration started to show toward the end, she remained understanding, transparent, and committed to getting the issue resolved. In the end, Amelia made sure the referral was taken care of, and her level of customer service truly made

Franc Sr came bright and early on 2/3/26. I was so excited to get my new lights. Franc Sr walked me through every step as he went along. It took them about 4+ hours to complete the project and I am thrilled with Franc Sr and his knowledge of the app and everything he showed me. I hope I pick it up quickly. He was patient with me very profesional and I appreciated his sweet disposition. Thank You so much. I will have to send an update once I have a chance to play with ny new lights.
