Boston Concrete recently replaced our driveway, front sidewalk and made repairs on our steps and front porch. Our experience was a 10 out of 10. The owner gave us a detailed estimate, began work when promised, stuck pretty close to the estimate (we had a couple of extras when the work began, so it had to be added into the estimate) and completed the job in the amount of time they had estimated. But...the jewel in this crown is the crew that Tim Boston sent to our house. Their professionalism, manners and attention to detail made the whole process a really good experience. I would definitely recommend Boston Concrete to anyone who asked.

I called to have a driveway redone and put down a concrete slab. He answered the phone very rudely and didn’t give me the time of day. I didn’t want to do business with someone that was that rude over the phone so I’m still looking!

Tried to use this business. Gave us a bid and disappeared. Extremely hard to get ahold of. Broken promises. Always had an excuse to not show up. Do not recommend.

Horrible customer service. Non responsive. Don’t waste a dime at this outfit. They obviously do not want any business.
