This was a terrible experience Vsedolov (Sam) made an assessment on the work our historic home front door needed. It took months for him to follow up with a quote and the work, should have been the first major red flag, eventually did the work, spent 1.5 days working on our door and although it “immediately” appeared to be functioning with a few weeks of usage started falling apart, the doors were not closing, there was greater draft than initially. I tried several times to contact him to be reimbursed for the work, his response was this had probably nothing to do with his work and he would have to charge me to come back for an assesment. He proceeded to block my phone number and I had to spend another several hundred dollars to fix the damage he had done. Simply said, do not risk his serv
