Boston Event Lighting

We had an amazing experience working with Boston Event Lighting and specifically with James Biller who helped our disco ball installation come to life. Everyone was so professional and James was flexible, responsive and on top of things the entire time. We wanted to do an installation of disco balls mixed with baby's breath and bistro lighting, and James' passion for lighting and his knowledge was like hitting the jackpot for that. They had every varying size and type of disco ball and string lighting so we were able to get as creative as we wanted with them. The team also stayed the evening to perform a light show during the dancing portion of the night and I really believe that made our wedding the most fun ever. Highly recommend!

They were really great to work with — I wanted the bistro lights for my wedding and wasn't sure if it would work with the venue. Jason reached out to the venue manager and worked out a way to hang the lights. Super quick/seamless set up and take down too.

Can't recommend Boston Event Lighting enough. We were running a collegiate ballroom competition and tried to find a vendor for uplighting as little as 4 days before the event as our previously intended one wasn't reachable at all. Not only did they manage to arrange the lights on such a short notice being flexible on pick-up and drop-off, they also gave us extremely great pricing at what I'd estimate was half than some other vendors we contacted in Boston. Super friendly staff and very helpful in figuring out the setup!

Highly highly recommend! They created a 9 disco ball setup for our wedding and changed lighting/colors/movement with the music. It completely made the night. The tent we used was challenging for clamps and they worked continuously around the roadblocks to make sure we got even beyond what we asked for. They’re professional, nice, on time and create fantastic designs!

We hired James to bring our event to life and my goodness he did. James and the crew at Boston Event Lighting were fantastic to work with and incredibly proactive in scoping our space requirements. The team worked with us to create an immersive light show for a “Night at the Museum” experience containing a combination of projections, spotlighting and coloured up lights. Working with minimal direction, James scoped a themed light experience to reflect our industry which was truly enjoyed by our guests. The lighting install was included in the package, which was completed quickly with no mess, ensuring a stress-free environment pre-event.
