Patrick and his team are incredible ... he is responsive, a clear communicator, and always shows up as promised. Patrick responded to our call when our bathroom shower flooded into the floor/ceiling below and helped us each step of the way as we've navigated the process with clean-up, mitigation, and our insurance claim. His team has taken great care to protect our stairs and bedroom, both of which were recently upgraded. I cannot recommend Boston Harbor enough!

They came to the rescue during a very stressful and chaotic time, when an appliance malfunction caused massive water damage in the kitchen of an apartment we own. 2 brothers own this company, Patrick and Liam, and they are both incredibly responsive, capable, intelligent and diligent. Boston Harbor Water Restoration was great to work with, responded quickly (even on Thanksgiving morning). worked day and night to ensure our office dried out fast from our water heater explosion. Had a team in to restore the office back to it's original form after as well. Also very easy to get a hold of, one call and they answered. No chasing around. Highly recommend this service.
