Every part of my interaction with BSR was positive. Vicki provided me with all the info I needed in a timely and comprehensive manner. Paul did a thorough site visit and explained the products and processes leaving no questions unanswered. Don and his crew did the treatment application and I could not be happier with the results. I got BSR's name from a kitchen and bath designer/builder who is a friend. From my first call to the finished job, BSR was completely professional, communicative, and prompt. We had them restore our ten-year-old carrara marble kitchen counters. The owner, Paul, came to my house a week before the work to assess any little cracks and dings I had not mentioned when they quoted the job via my measurements and photos. While here, Paul applied some "mud" that had to work for a few days to suck some troublesome stains out. That application was a success. Then a two-man crew honed and sealed the counters and caulked some bad joints between counters and backsplash in about three hours. The finished job is fabulous. I am impressed by how well run everything was. From my first call to the work done, communication was clear, and timely. The guys who did the work were on time, polite, answered my questions well, and gave good advice on how to treat the stone going forward. I wish we had done this years ago. The granite looks new again.

The 2 men were very professional and did a very good job. The floor definitely looks better. I think due to the kind of tile color it is hard to get it perfect. No fault of the individuals doing the job. The floor really looks oh so much better!! A great company

A very satisfied customer. My wonderful house cleaner hit the soapstone with oven cleaner one too many times, stripping the surface to the point I could not wax it out myself. Paul, Don, and Vikki (sp?) communicated wonderfully, showed up on time, prepared adjacent surfaces so no mess and easy cleanup. My countertops have never looked better. Paul also helped us remove some oil staining from porous patio stones and it worked like magic. These people know their trade inside and out.
