Boswell and Son Septic Tank Services provides very professional septic care and installation services. At our prior home, we had some issues with the system that the builder had installed. We found out a year or two after buying the home that he drain lines were too short and there was one less line than necessary. Over time, the system began to fail. I called Blake and he met me at our home and took time to investigate the problem and recommended the best way to remedy the issues. He did a great job moving our septic field to a more suitable area, added the needed length to new drain lines and added an additional line to make sure our family of 5 did not have any more issues. Our septic system light and alarm started going off on a Sunday afternoon. I called Boswell & Son on Monday and Tuesday morning they were out pumping the tank and inspecting everything. Initially they thought I would need a new pump, floats, and fuses. Blake came out and inspected it and discovered I needed a new panel box and wiring. He took the time to explain everything to me and showed me what was needed. He answered questions for me, and said they would be out as soon as possible, but that it was okay to do laundry and wash dishes, etc. They came out on the Monday before Thanksgiving and had us up and running. The pricing was incredibly reasonable, and they did excellent work. I will not use anyone else for any septic issues from now on. They have my business!

Amazing customer service! Amazing employees with knowledge of the business and also they educate their customers on how to maintain our septic tanks the do’s and don’t. I had some kick back going to the tubs and my toilets would not flush and I immediately called Boswell and they were at my house within 30 minutes ready to go!! We had issues with our septic tank. I called Boswell & Son , they came out to take a look and were able to fix the problem (needed new floaters) just 2 days later. Everyone was very friendly, on time and explained everything to me. Very happy with this business !
