They were able to come the same day that my unit quit working and had the part on hand to repair it. They even cleaned my outside unit and informed me why my heater was drawing more energy than normal. They were very professional and thorough gentlemen!

The other reviews indicate that this company does good work. I would not know. Our A/C stopped blowing cold air, and I called another company first and setup an appointment for exactly two weeks later. I then called Boswell's for a comparison quote. It was higher, so I thanked them and hung up. I then received a call back and with a reduced quote, on the grounds that they had installed the A/C in our house (done by the previous owner). I was also told that they could be out on the next week. Between the earlier visit time and the knowledge of our system, I figured it was worth it to go with Boswell's even though the quote was a few bucks more even after the reduction. No impressed at all I called them an hour after open hours was told she wasn't to the office yet she would call me when they got there waited a few hours called again went to voice mail a few days later no answer again but I got a call back was told they would try to come out that afternoon if not first thing in the morning but would call back no matter what never got a call and when I tried to call for the 3rd time got voice mail again I wouldn't recommend wasting your time.

This is not the time of year for the A/C to go out in house. I want to thank Boswell A/C and Heating for there fast service, very friendly and very reasonable priced. Thank you Roger for everything we chillin now🥶
