Drivers of commercial vehicles from this company. Failure to yield of oncoming traffic. Non abiding by Minnesota law for hands free use of mobile devices. Driver almost caused an accident of oncoming traffic. When hand signaled to hang up his phone. Driver aggressively gave me the middle finger. Called the company first to discuss this conduct. No response back How does this conduct impact the decision to be hired this company for a job? Inability of owner/ company team members to handle situations in a professional manner and with calm collected manners. Does a customer want this unprofessional low standard of conduct?? Recommend to go elsewhere. Also as a trade professional. These type of guys end, with bad relationships with customers.

If you want the worst customer service experience, this is the place you want to go. Had them come out to look at my inground sprinklers. The tech was friendly and told me what needed to be fixed. I asked if it could be done that day and how much it would cost. The tech said it could be done that day, and would get back to me on the cost. He left, then sent me a text shortly after saying he wasn't returning. Keep in mind, I have a big hole dug up in my yard, where the control valves are and im about to put my house on the market in about 2 weeks. He said I would hear back from Jeremy. I didn't hear anything that day, and called them the next day to find out when they would be coming back. The person who answers the phone is rude, and doesn't have time to be bothered. He tells me he's busy

I scheduled a Sprinkler Blowout with Jeremy 2 1/2 weeks before the Oct 20th 2020 snow storm and no one ever called and no one ever came out. I called to ask why and Jeremy said he emailed me. What? A phone call is in order here, if you cant make it. now my system is frozen and will cost me thousands to repair. Do not use them for this service........ Response, I was NEVER called. don't let him fool you.
