The technician from Bottini diagnosed the problem quickly. I’m no expert, but he sounded very confident and knowledgeable about our system operation and components. Have been a Bottini propane heat customer since 2006. They've allowed my tanks to run empty at least twice despite the fact that I am on an autofill plan and have a CC on file to charge. This can be a dangerous problem in winter (frozen pipes). I am now currently almost empty again and it's going down to -1F tonight. This despite paying for an annual contract with them (Gremlin device) to monitor the tank levels wirelessly (so they know when they are low). Still, they let me nearly run empty. I called their customer service twice today but no one picked up (even on the emergency line where I waited on hold for over 10 min twice and never spoke to a person). I will call them at 8am tomorrow morning and demand immediate fuel delivery and an explanation. This will be my last winter with Botti

Josiah did an excellent job maintaining/cleaning our equipment. Bottini customer service ?Tess? was also very helpful in talking me through a new contract. I was ready to dump them but these good experiences changed my mind.

When our boiler wouldn't start during the first freeze, Bottini sent their technician to fix the problem, and he found a loose wire within the switches, tightened it and it kicked off right away. Bottini is a well-run company that takes care of its customers.
