Bottini Fuel

I have been using Bottini Fuel since 2019. The first time I called for service was this week. My furnace would not fire. The person who answered the phone could not have been nicer and more professional. She told me that she would have someone out the same day. Within a few hours the tech showed up was able to diagnose and repair the problem. The technician was personal and answered all my questions. I must say the personal at Bottini are a rare find! Having owned a sales and service business for over 50 years I know that its takes the people who work for you to make a business great and the managers at Bottini must know the same. Very fair pricing for the service call also. You won't go wrong using this company!

My family has had an account with Bottini (or previous companies) for over 40 years. We pay for the annual contracts and use both propane and oil. In recent years service has fallen off the cliff! Im writing this in my home, which is currently a cozy 44°F because Bottini did not refill the oil under their auto refill agreement. They say, "we're sorry, we will get to that ASAP." In other words, we will fill you up when we can. UNACCEPTABLE!

Zero stars I legit have no heat - it is an emergency it is below 5 degrees right now - I have been calling for hours trying to get ahold of someone from Bottini “24 7 “ emergency number” -finally a women picks up and I tell her I have no heat I need am someone to come out immediately- whatever needs to happen- she questions how it’s going to be paid for- and if my landlords knows- ? I said what yes of course the landlord knows I told him first and okay? Can you please send someone it took hours to get ahold of someone from this number here and then she goes “well the landlord needs to schedule the call so we can guarantee payment” I said ok again payment isn’t a question like we are prepared to pay for it whatever please it took hours to get ahold of someone I have no heat it is zero tem

I only write reviews in extreme circumstances—where some does exceptionally well or exceptionally poorly. Bottini Fuel truly does an amazing job, and I would highly recommend them. I've had them out many (many, many) times to service my HVAC, which is extremely old, and in each case they fix it in a generally efficient manner and my service contract always seems to cover whatever needed fixing. I'm very happy with my service.

I have nothing but good things to say about Bottini. They replaced an old underground propane tank with a new one also underground. They were careful, methodical, neat, professional, and friendly. The lawn where the new tank was placed will be a new landscaped garden, for which they provided necessary materials.
