John came and took on a bit of a challenging job. I had plans for a new septic, seemed pretty simple and straight forward. However he and his team discovered the designer had failed to open the existing tank before measuring and the plans that were designed and approved were not viable. He worked tirelessly to reach out to the designer and rectify the mistake. This designer took no accountability and was requiring full payment for a new plan and another round of permitting fees. John helped me find another designer and we finally got a viable set of plans. This process took a year to complete as there seemed to be one hang up after another. None of which was Johns fault!
