Find someone else to do your work. Felix will over promise and severely under deliver. Quality and attention to detail are not valued by this company. Felix is not an honest person and will take advantage of you. Felix said he could fix my patio and I will now have to hire someone else to come and undo all the “fixes” he did to my patio to actually fix it right. Felix will not take ownership of his work and will put the blame on other people. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to do the work you need to be done. Yes, this is true…I should have read the contract more closely and not taken you at your word…very true! You’ve made an excellent point.

Felix came to my house to assess a retaining wall that was falling in certain places. He performed a thorough assessment. Rather than simply drawing up an estimate to replace the wall, he suggested I reach out to an engineer for additional information. He also measured whether the crumbling wall was causing movement to the foundation of my house. While I have not yet retained him for work, I appreciate his thorough assessment.
