They dispatched a technician to come see me in FIFTEEN minutes!! The dispatcher was friendly and professional. My HVAC was shutting itself off. Turns out it was a clogged drain line which is common, if you don't service them about every 6 months they can back up and the system shuts off to prevent the moisture from flooding your house. James the technician was efficient, had everything he needed on hand and got the job done in a few minutes. It was pricey at $90 for the diagnostic and $90 for the drain flush but instead of paying $180 for a one-time-visit you can pay $199 ahead of time for annual maintenance and then they come do a diagnostic and flush your drain line twice a year, plus any additional diagnostic visits are only $60 instead of 90. Josh arrived on time, evaluated our situation, and described various ways to remedy it. He was knowledgeable and was able to inform us using layman’s terms about various options. We truly appreciated his candor and knowledge. At no time did he give us a “canned pitch” or try to sell us something, he informed us and let us make the decision which was incredibly gratifying in today’s world!! We are certainly considering using Bounds for our AC maintenance.

The technician who performed our service was professional, courteous and knowledgeable! He explained the issue we were having and allowed us to witness his repairs to our AC unit. Afterwards, he explained in more detail what he did and we concluded our transaction and we were very satisfied!
