Bret came out and gave me a free second opinion after getting a diagnosis from another company. Bret went over my whole system and ended up telling me his price (I was being overcharged by the other company), and that the real problem wasn't correctly identified by the previous technician. Incredible service, Bret walked me through what was actually causing the issues with my system (learned a lot too!) and gave me a much better price for the repairs. Responsive, timely, and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Bountiful HVAC

We just had a great experience with Bret. After another company tried to scam us by pressuring us into a big, expensive replacement, we asked Bret to give us a second opinion. He came over quickly, he was informative, he took the time to show us what he was looking at, and he quoted us pricing that was over 50% cheaper than what we'd been quoted. He told us the repair wasn't necessary, and even if it was, he'd be able to save us nearly $9,000. I was extremely impressed with him, and next time our HVAC unit needs service, he'll be the first person I'll call.

We had an excellent experience. Our furnace stopped working. I called multiple HVAC companies. Most others required us to pay an expensive diagnosis fee that could later be applied to the repair. Bret did not. He came quickly and was able to simply explain the issue and repair it the same day within the hour. I Highly recommend him compared with the experiences we've had with other HVAC companies.

Bret and his team were great to work with. My furnace went out in December in Park City. I submitted a request for a quote for a diagnostic, and he responded within minutes and was able to come out the next day. He provided me quotes for a couple of different service options the same day. And then he was able to come back only a couple days later to complete the job. Bret was quick, efficient, easy to communicate with, competitively priced, and even my dog liked him :)
