Bourne's Energy

We have been happy Bourne’s propane customers for several years. We recently had a problem with our AC unit. Sean was able to quickly fit us into a busy schedule . Tim, the HVAC technician and his helper, Kane were prompt, polite, very professional and very friendly. The problem was quickly diagnosed and a new capacitor was purchased and installed. They also gave us helpful information on good maintenance and ways to keep critters out of the unit. Who knew mice don’t like dryer sheets ? We could not be more pleased with the excellent service we received.

Bourne’s has been great for our propane needs! Prompt delivery, we’ve never run out of fuel, and no billing issues whatsoever. Have worked with Gwen in the Waterbury office the past few years on our propane contract, and she is wonderful to deal with! So nice, efficient and helpful! Awesome customer service!

Whenever I call their office the staff have been helpful and thorough. Most recently I spoke with Trudy who was helpful and kind, and set up our delivery date quickly. In the past they've been able to send service people out to our home the day that we call.

I had an issue earlier and talked to Heather, she was great and got everything cleared up. A+
