Don't let the small town charm fool you...these guys know their craft. Yes they are a bit hard to reach, but that is because they are family owned and a father and son are out working all day. Be patient, they will return a call left on their answering service. They came and drilled a well on our property with a ton of care and precision. They were very careful to pause along the process to verify we were satisfied with the depth, water pressure and quality of the water. Very satisfied overall. Highly recommend.

Company isn't worth a crap since the father got out of the business. They drilled my first well 20 yrs ago, trying have a second drilled on another piece of property as well having a new pump installed on the original well. Don't return phone calls or answer emails, but that's Ok, found a responsive company in Ishperming that wants the business

Very unimpressed. Boussum provided a well installation estimate for us earlier this year (August 2019) on a property we were purchasing in Delta County. Their bid was the low bid and the seller escrowed their estimated amount. Upon closing I spoke with Boussum and verbally scheduled a time to meet at the site in October 2019. Upon getting closer to the schedule time to meet at the property I attempted to contact them multiple times to confirm the onsite meeting. 1) They never returned our calls and 2) did not show up at our property. Based on the extreme lack of responsiveness, and the need to have the well installed before winter hits, we were forced to go to the next estimate which was much more expensive.
