Bovio Rubino Service

Bovio Rubino installed a one ton heat pump (mini split) in our porch/sunroom late November 2025. As cold as that room gets in the winter, we are pleasantly surprised how well it heats that space now. Bovio was great to work with, from the salesperson, Cliff Grimes to our installers. Lead installer, Zachary did a great job installing, as well as coordinating with the electrician to insure everything was right. Our installation was a little tougher than usual, with cathedral ceilings throughout the house. Zachary stayed with us all the way to the end of the day, to make sure the unit was working well and we understood how it worked. Thanks to Cliff, Claire and Zachary for a job well done.

Sam was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and very capable. Removed a 40 gallon hot water and installed a new unit through confined spaces without damaging any surfaces. Plumbing skills were exceptional. Layed tarps and wore foot protection to protect the floor. Worked safely and kept me informed of her progress. Bovio Rubino is very fortunate to have Sam on their team. Kudos Sam!

Ricardo, my service technician show up at my house not long after I called for service and he took the time to put on shoe covers as to not track my floors-i know it's a little thing but I appreciated it. He took the time to listen to me explain what happened and talked me through as he trouble shoot the problem. He then talked with me and explained my options on how to fix the issue and we made a good decision for me on a path forward to repair my issue. Ricardo took the time to listen to me and not just tell what was wrong and how he is going to fix it. after he made the repairs he made sure i was comfortable with the outcome before preparing to leave. I would highly recommend him, I think he is a really good service person. I am so glad I chose Bovio Rubino HVAC, they really care about

I just want to say thank you to Bovio Rubino for sending Luis out today. I realize that you already out a lot of technicians out on calls but, you fitted me in and I so appreciate that. The technician Luis was so polite, friendly, and professional. He took the time to update me on his progress and was conscientious regarding my home and not getting it dirty. He is definitely an asset to your company. Thanks to the women who put me on the list for today so I wouldn’t be cold during the night. Altogether it was a good experience. Sam is awesome, explained everything and worked quickly and efficiently! Sam back for a second time, still awesome! Had same back for a third time helping with replacing kitchen faucet, love the work!
