BOVIO RUBINO SERVICE

Chris, from Bovio Rubino has been prompt, very professional, knowledgeable and willing to patiently answer all my questions. He was even able to get into my crawl space to examine the area; Which no one has been able to do in the 30+ years we’ve lived here. I am very happy and satisfied with the work he has done with my heating system.

Bovio-Rubino were quick to send a plumber to our house after we discovered a flood in our basement. Sam assessed the issue and was very knowledgeable and friendly! She worked very hard and was great with communication every step of the way. So glad she came to our rescue!

I had to have an igniter replaced on my furnace. Service was great. Technician was very knowledgeable and performed his service in a timely fashion. Price seemed kinda steep however.

Unfortunately, whatever he did, didn’t solve the issue therefore, I had to contact another company to fix it. We spent $200 for him to light the pilot on a water heater. By the way we asked him twice if that is the only problem and he was very confident that was the issue, but we knew that it might be something else, which it was, and two days later it happened again. I must say Bovio normally gets the job done just not this time.

Anthony clearly knew his craft and quickly diagnosed our issue and informed us of a plan for replacement parts and time to complete the repair to our heat pump and inside heater. Anthony was professional and personable and the best part…he’s a proud Eagles fan! Once the parts were in, Anthony repaired and tested our heating unit. He was awesome. I’d strongly recommend Anthony for any HVAC needs. Great job
