Extremely helpful people and very knowledgeable. Good solid products with very good pricing as well. Since they use third party installers, I would be cautious and make sure you get someone you trust to install your product.

Our remodeling project with Bowcutt's Flooring America was a great experience. Nate, Marshall and Steve were excellent to work with. They started on the date promised and completed the project within the time-line as agreed. They can do it all. Flooring, cabinets, counter tops, paint and any other tasks you may need. We will definitely use them again.

We have used Bowcutt’s twice now, Jess was easy to work with, listened to us and let us pick the carpet we wanted with her knowledge as insight. Living in a house that needs carpet has its challenges. In order to not move all of our furniture out of all of our rooms at the same time we have re-carpeted in stages and Bowcutt’s has been great to work with both times, we also loved the fact that Martin and Martin Sr did both installs and their attn to detail. Carpet looks and feels great! Looking forward to our third and final install in the near future.

I could get lost at Bowcutts looking at all of the selections. Many more than other flooring companies I have visited and used. Customer service is top notch. I worked with Jessica to pick and install new carpet and LVP. I felt very well taken care of. She was so helpful from start to finish and communication was seamless. So glad to have found this gem!

I loved working with Jessica! She was friendly and helpful while trying to decide which floor to go with out of the millions of choices. I absolutely love the one we chose. I don't usually have a hard time making decisions... but this one was hard and important to me. Jessica's help eased the anxiety and helped me feel confident in our choice. James, our installer, was absolutely fabulous too! He was good about communicating with us and was incredibly efficient and detail oriented. He knew what he was doing and did a great job. I couldn't have had a better installer, he's probably the best out there. His energy and personability was inspiring. I'm so glad I chose to work with Bowcutts for our floors.
