They installed a shower door for me 2 yrs ago. Ive had no repairs etc. The finger knob is now loose. I was informed they will charge me $100. just to come to Glasgow, plus labor to tighten the knob. I feel the knob should not even have worked loose in 2 yrs. I live alone and have never put any pressure etc on the finger know. Very poor customer service!
