Yesterday, I contacted Bowman Fence & Design to request a minor fence replacement for the trashcan covers. The project involves four panels and two doors, which I acknowledge is a relatively small undertaking. To support local businesses, I make an effort to patronize them. This is an effective strategy to prevent large corporations from encroaching on the area. I reached out at 2:18 PM and received a call back at 8:19 PM. This demonstrates his commitment to effective communication. The primary drawback of this situation lies in the individual’s statement, which was, “What type of fence you’re wanting done?” When I inquired about a small vinyl fence for the trash can, he responded, “I can’t get involved in that. I highly recommend Eric Bowman for any fence job. He did our fence in 2013 & it's still in GREAT shape. Every time we've had gate issues (my people are rough on the gate), he's comes over & fixed or adjusted it. One of the main reasons for this review is because with all of the bad weather conditions since 2013, this year was the first time the fence needed minor adjustments due to a slight lean... that's 11 years WITHOUT any issues.
