Rented a Penske truck from this location a week ago. Excellent service and the truck was completely reliable. The manager spent time with us checking the truck for any scratches or dents from the previous renter. He also went over the operation of the vehicle before we left. Excellent service.

Just drop the keys off in the mail slot. Easy peasy. Note: go through the alley to find it. Google maps and Apple maps may get you close but drive through the alley and you will see the trucks. Handled everything for me so I did not have to go in person. Highly recommend this type of high quality service. Great experience!

Mark is an absolute life saver! He did so much out of his way when Penske dropped the ball. I absolutely recommend working with Mark he will make sure your moving experience goes smooth. Give this man a raise! Thanks again mark!

This place is a scam. Do not rent a truck from them. They did not notify me of the change in business hours, watched me call around to figure things out for 20 min in front of the store and never came out to acknowledge us. I had to call the corporate Office to reschedule with a different business.

I had booked Box Brothers a week or 2 out from my actual move date, and I noticed some of the reviews that were low stated they were unprofessional and overcharge but I still decided to go with them because of how close they were. I attempted to call them a week ago to make sure someone would be available for me to pick up my truck @8am on the dot since I had people coming to help me move... they never responded, so here I am a day before pickup trying to reach them and they still dont answer and return VM so I had to call Penske and have them switch locations because I couldn't afford to be without a truck on my move out day. I would HIGHLYYYY recommend AVOIDING this place! Very UNPROFESSIONAL in every aspect & I still have yet to speak with someone from this place.
