Outstanding! We are blown away! Really, I can't say enough. BOX Painting went above and beyond our expectations. Painting a house is an impactful project and we were looking to make a dramatic change so were very careful. We read all reviews of painting companies in the general area, picked the 6 best reviewed and recommended, checked the CCB and BBB for licenses verification and complaints, and set up estimate/interviews with the 4 that passed those tests. In the meetings all the contractors seemed good but Ben of BOX Painting stood out. The BOX contract was understandable and precise, and clearly laid out. We knew exactly what we were receiving for our investment and what we needed to do to prepare. With the decision made and contract signed, we waited 8 months due to our schedules

Very disappointed. Ben came out for a quote and was very kind and professional. I had a quote pretty quickly and agreed to it, paying 50% of the job as a deposit. I knew going into the fall season that we would be dealing with the weather as half of the project was outside with the other half being inside. Unfortunately, I had to do ALL the communication. I was never reached out to. I sent emails that were replied to with "we'll see how the next week looks for weather", then radio silence until I reached out again. My husband called him and left him voicemails 3+ times and NOT ONCE was a call returned. I just had the exterior of my house painted by Box Painting. Ben, Christian, and their crew were unfailingly polite and a joy to work with. They were timely and exceptionally good communicators, both with me and with one another. Their work was also exceptional. The house looks great!

Two years after having an excellent experience with BOX painting on our home's exterior, we wanted our bathrooms paint update and a refreshing of other areas of the home. Of course, we hired BOX painting again. Owner, Ben, made sure we got everything we needed and was flexible and supportive when, mid-project, we requested a number of changes. Mario, Juan and Diego did precise, professional work and were a pleasure to have around the house for a week and 1/2. Terrific job. Thank you, all.
