Mike was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. The way he and Lance run Boxell is the way other Greenbrier Valley trade industry companies should model their business after. We need more of these guys in southern West virginia! Blower motor on our air handler took a crap and they had it overnighted and installed the very next day. Went out of their way to make my family and I a priority when we were having some issues during a very cold 3-day stretch.
