We have had Boyd Brothers service our unit every six months for the last two years. They are great, they show up when they say, they send you text reminders before the day of the appointment as well as when the technician is on their way to your home. Today when had Dan Vargo as our tech and he was great. Took his time, and answered all my questions, he even replaced a pipe connection that was installed incorrectly by another company three years ago that two other technicians had over looked. I recommend this company for service maintenance on your units, I’m sure they do great installation as well but I do not have experience with that part. As we had our AC unit installed by another company three years ago. Thank you Boyd Brothers for your services and for keeping us nice and cool 😎

Boyd Brothers has been servicing my AC Units for over 20 years. Ron and Christopher Boyd are honest and fair. Their entire staff has always been professional and courteous. If you need a new system or repair I highly recommend them. The old saying you get what you pay for well with Boyd Brothers you get more.

We bought a new unit from these people and have had constant problems with it . They have been out 6 times and still can’t figure it out. So far we have over 1500 dollars in them experimenting ,and they still can’t put it together. Rip off artists. The unit is still under warranty but they always have an excuse, as to why they have to charge for a part. Look elsewhere and you will be happy you did.

Service person Brad from Guam was quite possibly the best service person I have ever dealt with in my life. Very kind, professional, and personable. Took a few minutes extra to help me with a door issue I was trying to fix my self. Brad you are an awesome and kind human being and they had better hang on to you my friend you are a huge asset to the company. May god bless you my friend!

Can’t trust a company that has no ethics. When a vehicle registered to your company purposely causes an accident and flees is terrible. When contacted and you choose not to cooperate speaks volumes of the morals of this company.
