Our AC unit died just as the temps were hitting the 90s in July. Boyd Heating and Cooling was quick to return my call, then come assess what we needed. A new AC unit and coil was installed. The two man team was quick, professional did a great job! Thank you!

Hired Boyd heating and cooling for a furnace upgrade and installing a new AC system. Right away they were very friendly and professional, respecting my house with carpet covers, and worked hard to get the job done. Even going a step above to spot and problem with my ducting and fixed it to allow perfect airflow. The level of craftsman ship was outstanding, Everything looked clean and organized even while the area they had to work in was very tight. Overall, very pleased, very impressed, and very satisfied.

Called Boyd Heating and Cooling when our 23 year old furnace finally gave up and quit. They had us back up and running with a New GAS furnace and AC unit installed within 2 days of contacting the team. Installation crew was very professional and the work was super clean and efficient. Super impressed with customer service and speed. We put in an online request for a quote, they came out the following day (to Jackson). Then, they installed the next week within a few hours. They had a whole crew, 2 trucks, cleaned up after themselves, and were so friendly. They didn’t make a fuss about the multiple baby gates and or dogs lol. They also came prepared with tents and replaced in the rain. The pricing for the install was significantly less than 2 other businesses we got quotes from. Honestly, we have had a few rough experiences with contractors/installers the last year so this experience was so amazing.
