bill may seem like an ordinary dude but he is superman! he saved my pet chinchilla from a house fire. thank you bill!

Bill came to my home to clean my ducts last week. Leading up to the appointment, Bill was extremely responsive and thorough, walking me through what he planned on doing and when he would be there. He responded quickly to texts and calls and showed up right on time. He was professional and friendly while he was here. He cleaned half my ducts but unfortunately due to an older system he wasn't able to clean the rest due to their size. My system's fault, not his. Bill was honest and transparent and could have easily charged me for the work he did, or even worse, said he completed the job and charged me for the whole thing. He did neither. This speaks to his integrity and professionalism. I've read stories of HVAC cleaners coming in, doing the job, and then selling customers on unneeded repair

Bill was wonderful and very knowledgeable! I have not had to have carpet cleaned in a while and he was very informative about the process. Very timely and was able to get the job done in the time he stated! I would recommend him highly in the industry!

My husband was here the entire time and the two hit it off and brainstormed our house issues all while Bill cleaned out the vents. Thank you!
