Highly recommend BP Property Management!! Brendan is a unique and very much hands-on project manager. He tracks every aspect of work to be done, is dependable, honest and responsive. He has helped us with planned work and responded to emergencies without delay. Very satisfied and will use him again and again!

Brendan is fantastic. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. He first came out to give us qoutes to do weed wacking. He was VERY reasonable. When he came out to weedwack he was done very quickly. He did and absolutely beautiful job!!! My husband noticed he did home improvement projects. We asked about getting a deck put on our pool. Again extremely reasonable. Had the plans to us the same week. Helped us aquire the building permit. Answered all of our many questions very fast. Brendan kept in constant contact letting us know when the wood would be delivered etc. Came out on time the day of the build got it done in a day and a half. VERY PROFESSIONAL. I will definitely be using him again. I can't say enough wonderful things about him and crew. Give him a try. You will not be disappointed.

Simply the best. I have referred Brendan to several clients and colleagues as well as utilized his services for my own home. He is very professional and efficient, honest with pricing and hardworking. His rates are better than many and he stands by his work. Not all of his fields of expertise are listed here. Brandan and his son had never been to our home before I called after the blizzard hit Jan.2026. Our previous snow removal company gave us little notice that they were exiting residential services. I texted 5 potential replacement companies. Brandan was the one who responded promptly and had already viewed our driveway and garage online to gauge the job. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and rescued these seniors from a couple of days feeling immobilized. He and Silas were courteous, communicative, organized and got the job done beautifully, in our cramped driveway. The price was appropriate and the job completed very well.
