BQ roofing did an excellent job replacing my entire roof on my home and detached garage. They worked with my home owners insurance so all I paid out of pocket was the deductible. They did the house roof in one day and would have finished the garage that day but it started to rain so they came back and knocked out the garage roof as soon as the rain was over a day later. They removed both layers of my 3-tab shingles and put on all new dimensional shingles and had an excellent selection of colors to choose from. They put on new insulation, replaced my flashing and all my vent boxes with new ones. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Then I had them cover the soffit and fascia of my garage with metal which they also did in one day and it looks great. The

Reuben was instrumental in directing me in getting roof approved through insurance company and with his guidance the choice of color was perfect. Reuben and his team coordinated directly with my insurance company, which took a lot of stress off my plate. They also addressed multiple issues with my siding, and I’m very pleased with the quality of their work—especially their attention to detail in removing a bird nest and installing a customized panel. Tuesday (10/7) during a rain storm that left me emptying 5 gallon buckets of water from my living room ceiling, I found a place (Roof Residential) that offered – 24 HR ROOF REPAIR ! SAME DAY SERVICE ! -I called. They (BQ roofing) would be out that evening or the next morning (Wed) —-NO SHOW——— -400pm Wed they finally called and said they would be here by 600pm ——NO SHOW——- -730pm Wed they finally called and rescheduled for Thursday afternoon. – at 1200 noon Thu I called to confirm. They said they would be here by 500pm —-- NO SHOW——— - at 500pm I called again - as of yet (Thu 10/16)- no reply. ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS IN AN EMERGENCY !!!!
