B&R Water Well Drilling, LLC

B&R did a great job drilling our well, answered all our questions and we have well water now for our irrigation for our Woodlands gardens.

B&R performed repairs o. My 26 year old well and the two gentlemen who showed up were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They worked non-stop for over 2 hours to ensure my well is in perfect working condition and well winterized with insulation where needed! I wouldn't think of allowing any other firm to perform maintenance or even installing a new well if needed. B&R is the best in the business!

B&R Water Well installed our water well about six years ago and did a fantastic job. August of 2023 the well quit pumping water so I called B&R to come check it out. They sent our Lenny and a helper to trouble shoot the issue and they ended up having to pull the pump (360’) and found a dime size hole in a coupling near the pump. Lenny replaces most of the couplings and sent the pump back down. We now have water again with great pressure. Lenny was a very hard worker and is very Professional. He worked without taking a break for over eight hours in 108-degree temperature without any shade. I highly recommend B&R.

Our experience with B&R was exceptional! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. We are on a private well for our water needs. When our well quit working during the late afternoon hours I thought it would be almost impossible for someone to come out and assess the situation, much less fix it. We called and to our surprise a technician stated he would come check it out. This technician, Mason, was very professional and knowledgeable. He checked out a few things and diagnosed the problem as being a bad pump. I knew that this was not a small job and with him being by himself I thought there was no way we would get this problem resolved until the next day at the earliest. They did our well and septics over 20 years ago and any time we have had a problem which wasn't often they have always been there. Highly recommend. In my personal opinion, if you don't use them, you're just wasting time and money. They are always there for you. Update Matt and his team are absolutely wonderful. Even today he had someone come out. They Were here first thing this morning taking care of anything that was wrong. They are always on top of things. I could never thank them enough for always being here. If you want someone local this is the best that you're going to get and they've always been reasonable on prices.
