I hired Brad to do a 900 plus square foot add on to my existing house. This was a fully self supported living area for my parents with living rm, sun rm, bedroom, kitchen, and bath.This was not your everyday simple job. I live on the edge of a bluff which required an in depth and complex level of structural development and support, not a project for an average contractor. The add on turned out awesome. Brad and his crew did a great job. Brad is an extremely knowledgeable and thorough contractor. He is dedicated to customer satisfaction and a high level of quality. His attention to detail, communication, and dependability are qualities that made this experience a success.

Let me just say this: my house had a full-on glow-up. I have the pics to prove it. Brad and his team didn’t just replace siding — they ripped off every inch of our old T1-11 and wrapped the whole place in Hardy board like my house had been accepted into a witness protection program.
