I discovered there was a leak in the crawlspace under a bathroom. I ended up calling him because he said he had 24 hour service and it was close to 11:30 PM. He came, I told him where the bathroom was and that there were shut off valves for the water in that bathroom down there. He came back and said he didn't find anything. Said he would just flip the breaker for the pump to the well and then be back in the morning by 9 AM. He never showed up. I tried to call several times throughout the day and he never answered. It took another day to get someone else out. They found the shut off valves and where the leak was, but by that time, the water had frozen out by the shed where the pump is. The water was not frozen to begin with. It only froze because of what he did. It was a week befo

Brad was fantastic. I have been battling with my water heater, I had replaced a part but still wasn’t having much luck. He came over the same day, was very professional and timely! He knew exactly what the issue was and was quick to lend a hand. 10/10 would recommend

We called in a panic at midnight as our main sewer line was backing up into our house. Brad was at our house quickly and had everything in working order in a few hours. His rates are very reasonable and he is very nice. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber. We will certainly keep his number for future problems and repairs!

Don't have him work on well, quit 3 times, new pump quit and had to replace piping and pressure tank. Never called back
