WOW, $1300 to install a DROP in kitchen sink. I was quoted $180 per hour to install a new sink and faucet. I asked Lori approximately how many hours to install she said 3-4. I guess they saw my house and ran with it. They came the first time and stayed EXACTLY 1 hour and 7 minutes. The sink was bent and a new one was ordered. The second visit i was there with them for 1 hour and 16 minutes and the sink was in now only the plumbing had to be connected. I had to go to work. Not quite sure how long that took but soon after I received a bill for 6 HOURS OF WORK. That never happened people. Mr. Brad if you needed the money bad enough to charge me double, keep the money! I had been having this problem with my plumbing for years a week before they came out my Home Warranty paid another company almost $600 to fix the problem and it was still the same. They came out and knew exactly what to do. I am so thankful for the two men that came out to fix my plumbing

The heater was installed promptly, and payment was made quickly as well. However, the heater did not match the original description. While this isn't a significant issue as long as it functions properly, my main concern relates to the lack of communication regarding the warranties. I have been trying to obtain the warranty for both the insulation and the equipment for three months. I've consistently called and even visited their office, but there always seems to be an excuse. This is incredibly frustrating because if something goes wrong—like it did with our original heater—we need to understand our liability.

Had a water leak in my kitchen coming down through the ceiling and a/c duct. The a/c company that I use determined it wasn't the unit causing the leak so they recommended I call Brad Rodger's plumbing. It was after hours but I received a call from the fellow who was on call. AJ was great and discovered that a copper pipe was leaking in the kid's bathroom behind the wall and clamped it off. He even showed me how to turn off the water to the house and gave me his number to text a message in case it started leaking again (which, thankfully, it didn't!)
