Braddock Built Renovations

We hired Betsy to oversee the complete renovation of our kitchen and the addition of a built in bookcase in our great room. While we are satisfied with the end result, working with Betsy went from good to terrible as the project progressed. Mistakes were made that required follow through which didn’t happen without much prodding on my part. Communication was often patronizing, delayed or non-existent. The most egregious offense was a final invoice that put us almost 20% over the original estimate! While we were willing to cover additional costs due to changes requested by us (which there were none) we were completely blindsided by the final bill and that is what irks us most about our experience with Braddock.
