Real happy with the service James at Bradley Heating and Air has provided our family over the past 6 plus years. We purchased an older home and had the outside heat pump replaced. Great price and prompt service. It was decided we could save the inside exchanger. It probably around 20 years old and has needed service a couple of times. James has been out to get us up and running quick and reasonably priced. James knows his stuff and I highly recommend you give Bradley Heating and Air a call the next time you need service.

Highly recommend! Our air conditioner went out in the middle of the summer and after calling a few HVAC companies, Bradley Heating and Air was our top choice. They were quick to come out and diagnose the problem. We decided to get a new system and they had it delivered and installed within a few days. We were extremely happy with the entire process and everything is still running perfectly now that winter is here.

James has been a great resource for us for all things HVAC. He has been extraordinarily responsive, always professional and looking after us as customers. We first contacted James after we had some issues with our 15 year old heatpump. He was referred to us by a realtor friend of ours in Christiansburg. He came straight out and was very reasonable with his charges. Best of all he didn't try to upsell us on additional services or unneeded parts like we have come to expect with some HVAC companies. When we finally decided to replace our system, James got us a very competitive price and installed the system in a very timely basis. In less than two hours (including a trip to get the necessary parts), our air conditioning was running perfectly again. Very reasonably priced and I'll definitely be using him again next time I have any air conditioning or heating problems!
