adding to my review after an annual chimney cleaning, i want to say that jacob was on time and very professional. he did a fantastic job sweeping the fireplace and made sure our home was left spotless. it was a pleasure to use this service, and we plan to keep using it every year. i was originally referred to this chimney sweep company for a new wood-burning fireplace installation when we were renovating our family room. we had a tight schedule because of some delays and confusion from another business, but these guys were really accommodating. donovan explained everything clearly over the phone, and jacob came out quickly to check out the project. the installation was pretty tricky since it had to be coordinated with our contractor, but they handled it well and finished before our holiday
