Brad's a/c company

I called this company because I hoped whatever was wrong was covered by a warranty. It wasn't. The man told me it would be $1000 to rebuild a part. I said I would get another estimate. Bahrs AC said there was nothing wrong at all and explained to me my thermostat was way different to figure out than most. Do not use this company. Scammers.

Brad's A/C installed a Daiken series 19. Had it serviced on 3/23/24 for no cold air. Over the summer lost cold air, called for service beginning 9/24. Spoke to Brad 2 different times, I was told he would come out the next day. Both times no show. Contacted Brad again in early 12/24. Spoke to Brad, he had an injury to his hand, took my info and was told he would contact me after feeling better. I called him in late January and same thing happened. No call, no service visit. I'm looking for a new company.

Worst ac contractor I have ever dealt with. Would like to give zero stars if I could. Excuse after excuse of why he couldn’t do the job right after he said he was done. Crawled under the mobile home and saw the mess he left behind. Then he couldn’t figure out why the ac was freezing up. I found that he had mixed up the supply and return ducts. Had to throw him off the job after breaking water lines and tell me he would return the next day to fix them and not showing up till 4pm saying that he had an emergency call to do first. You would think that braking water lines and leaving no ac would be his first emergency.

Brad was extremely rude, over 3 hours late, and hung up on me. I called Brad because he gave our landlord a 4 hour window, and still wasn’t here at hour 6, so I called to ask for an update. He said he was “running late” and would be there in an hour. 1.5 hours later (now at hour 7.5) he shows up, is extremely short with me, won’t answer my questions, and is too lazy to get his own step stool from his truck (that is about 20 steps away in the driveway) so he asks to borrow mine. Once he looks at our AC system he says he “can’t discuss anything with me” since I’m not the landlord. I have been renting for the last 10 years with several AC issue experiences and I have never heard that one time. He wouldn’t even tell me the landlord’s options so we knew what was wrong. If I could give Brad 0 st
