This company is great! Best price I could find in town and it was the holiday. I made an appointment today (Friday) and it was for Monday. I called back and asked if there was any way I could have my tank pumped today. They made it happen! In and out. No fuss and when I got home from an appointment, it had already been done for a while! Love these guys!

After 8 years the horrible attitude I received on the phone this morning ended our relationship. From the beginning she was already to fire her guns Unfortunately Iost my temper but I am not a child and her demeanor was not called for. I have never had any issues on the phone. I have always been alone when I have had services done and live in a very remote location, so I am very big on safety, reliability, and consistency. All of which I have had from Brad’s. 1. They are specific with days of the week, they do the same service areas the same days of the week, which makes it easy to plan and schedule. 2.
