Brady Floors

I have never had problems with James at Brady Floors very friendly good selection of flooring thank you James . I have tryed to keep business local if possible. Very satisfied with tile . James has always treated me right .I already had my own contractor doing a whole new bathroom where there wasn't one Chad Werle and son . Great Job !! Time consuming but to be expected. Thank you Brady Floors James Petty and Thank you Chad Werle and Son. Chad Werle is a Self Contractor and doesn't work for Brady Floors.

My clients are not happy! I sent my clients in to Brady floors to pick out tile and get a quote. After delays with install, guys show up and start working. We'll they said they were done and needed paid for labor. The job is bad! Tile is not done in some areas, and some are not level with other tiles. The grout is bad or missing in many areas. One tile is even the wrong direction! I made numerous attempts to have this corrected and got promises that someone would come out. I invited the owner to come out and see the work his crew did. He never came and never saw the job at all. I will never do business with them again and will never recommend them to anyone. My clients are upset with the outcome and the behavior of this business. Neighbors don't treat Neighbors like this!!

Very unprofessional. Had my floors started in January, it is now June and they are STILL unfinished. For ONE ROOM. I have been given COUNTLESS dates and times they will come out to finish and they never show up. I DO NOT recommend this company if you want completed floors within 6 months. Or even a year.
