The payment machine ate my credit card and flashed “Ticket Jam,” then refused to give it back. I pressed the call button seven times. Every single time, I got the same person with the same bad attitude who couldn’t care less. Every call started from zero. They acted like we hadn’t spoken 30 seconds earlier, forced me to re-explain everything, took my info over and over again, said they were putting me on hold to contact someone, then hung up after about a minute. Repeatedly. I’ve had less frustrating conversations with AI chatbots. If your system can steal someone’s credit card and your staff’s response is to shrug, hang up, and reset the conversation like nothing happened, you should not be running a parking garage. Avoid this place. Do not park here unless you’re okay losing your card

almost every time I try to leave, the ticket reader does something stupid like say "take ticket" or "expired" when it is not expired. often fails, resulting in a giant line of people waiting to leave the one gate because for whatever brilliant reason despite having three gates the middle one is almost always closed to either configuration. phone button for support goes to voice mail half the time, and the other half they grill you about who you are which is annoying when there's the large aforementioned line waiting to leave...

Tried to pay when leaving, machine wasn’t able to read either of my cards, tried the call button on the machine twice. Neither attendant that answered was helpful. No option to pay online or call to pay🤷‍♂️ not parking there again.

We almost got stuck in the elevator. We pressed the button for 1st floor and it went beyond to the basement level very very sloooooowly. While we were figuring out our next steps, the door did open after a minute of being on the basement level. We were 4 people in a small elevator on a hot day. Scary. Save your life, take the stairs!
