Brady's Carpet Cleaning

I was told by a previous carpet cleaner that the spots in my carpet would never come out and that I’d have to replace them entirely. Brady’s came in and showed me that not only was the carpet full of leftover shampoo from the last cleaner who didn’t remove it, but they were also able to get the spots completely out. The carpet now looks brand new! Their service was fantastic—knowledgeable, efficient, and quick in and out. I couldn’t recommend them enough if you’re looking for a reliable local business!

The picture shown is the result of spending $976 for carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning. Obviously the sofa was never moved in the carpeting was never cleaned. I think we were taken advantage of because we were not in town while the work was being done. We are very trusting people however we will never trust Brady to do our carpet or upholstery again.

I've used Brady's for 3 years now on 2 different homes and I can't say enough about their work. True professionals that have stopped me twice from ripping carpet out that I thought was beyond hope. If you have dirty carpet and want it to look like new give Brady's a call before you tear it out and give them a chance, you will be impressed when they finish. I highly recommend!

We experienced a broken pipe/ flooding in our rental home here in Charlevoix in mid February. We contacted Brady's and they descended on our home with expert precision, multiple large fans, huge vacuums and crew, all at the midnight hour. They hauled out and removed all the wet carpeting and furniture. We were instructed to go home and get some sleep that they would take care of everything... AND THEY DID. I have had multiple items cleaned by Brady's..from rugs to cushions...they do a great job! The drop off and pick up option is very convenient and works with anyone's schedule and their prices are also fair. I highly recommend them for cleaning carpets and other upholstered items that they are able to clean!
