Marc, the owner came in November to assess a gas fireplace set. Half of estimate given as down payment. We never heard from him since. Matter now has to go through small claims. What a shame as he seemed like a nice young man and was recommended by Pondside Kitchens in Deep River.

We were interested in having a gas fireplace installed, and found Marc’s business online. We decided to use him based on reviews, because he was local and with my first call proved he was willing to take the time to fully talk through our needs and expectations. Marc helped us find the style we wanted. He was upfront about cost and turned out to be more reasonable then other companies. He was professional and on time and completed the project as promised. We will be scheduling Marc for maintenance on the fireplace and would not hesitate to consider him for another project.

We used Marc to install a gas logset in our existing fireplace and to install a vented fireplace in a renovated porch. Marc is great to work with and did a good job on everything. He has also been very helpful as we learn how to use the new Mendota system. Would recommend him to others.

Mark did an excellent job repairing my propane stove where other repair outfits said it couldn’t be done. Highly recommend him.

Marc serviced our Empire vented propane stove which we were concerned was sooting. He dismantled the stove, removed the soot, and found the reason for the problem and corrected it. He had not installed the stove, unfortunately! So happy to have such a knowledgeable and efficient repairman recommended to us , and will definitely use again!
