This is in reference to the concrete. Fernando completed the back patio in May 2018. Upon completion, we noticed rust marks left over. He said since it is new concrete, give it 28 days for it to settle and the color should even out. Well, it didn't. It was still like that. He said he would take care of it and kept saying that until October. Then, he said it would be too expensive to correct it. To this day, the patio still looks like a kid drew with sidewalk chalk all over the concrete.

Paid $6500 for concrete driveway. 3 months after install, large crack forms all the way across. Fernando blames cement supplier and says they will fix it. 6 months later and a lot of empty promises, he goes back on his word and says he can only fix if for a small fee if I want to get a quote. Don’t use this company for any concrete work.

Called to make an appointment for an estimate. Made the appointment and no one showed. Not only did they not show but they didnt even have me down for an appointment! So I made another appointment. The person who was to come out called the night before saying he had an emergency could he come the day after at the same time. Fine, stuff happens. The day he is to come its pouring rain. I called and said let's reschedule the weather is to bad. Ok, we reschedule AGAIN and I'm sitting here 25 minutes after our agreed upon time, no phone call no nothing! So forget it!!!! And I'll be sure to tell anyone who asks for a concrete guy, a landscape guy, snow removal whatever else Brancato does to make sure to stay away from them!!

My driveway looks terrible. Starting cracking in 1 after finished concrete job. And after that every month new cracks developed. Even more: part of driveway covered with holes ( like instead concrete they put sand). I would like to add some pictures as a proof BAD JOB!!!!

The delivery/transport drivers for this business are RECKLESS. I have dash cam footage of a Brancato driver driving at excessively high speeds and dropping HUGE rocks out of his truck with every bump. I have dings and dents all over my hood and windshield now thanks to their driver. Lic# 44 639
